The journey as a Soul in this physical body can be amazing for some, and very difficult for others. For many people they struggle with what their physical appearance looks like, and don't feel it matches who they are on the inside. Whether that is their weight, their frame, the colour of their hair or yes, their face; so many of us are very critical about our physical form.

For others, who know themselves as a Soul, or an essence or some other energetic form, it can be very difficult to squeeze into this physical shape and enjoy the physical realm.

Some people suffer from physical illnesses and limitations of some sort during their life, and some for all of their life.

What will you discover....

The intention of this program is to not have you losing weight, or pushing to become something you are not. It is not about resisting or judging or hating on who you are and what you look like now and pushing to change it. If change occurs to your physical form, it will be because the change happened within first and foremost. 

The intention of this program is to remind you that you are a spiritual being having a physical experience, and part of this experience is being in this very particular physical body you have chosen to arrive here in; or had to arrive here in! 

The intention of this program is to show you that your mind,  heart,  body,  soul, and your energy are all connected, and everything that sits within these other aspects of yourself is seen and manifested through your physical body. No matter what you look like. What is going on underneath the surface shines through your body. 


The intention of this program is to show you that your body is an antenna that is communicating to you all of the time. It is my hope that you will learn to listen to your body through this program and allow it to guide you.

Your Body as Energy....

To understand your body fully, you must know that your body is made of energy. Energy is information and this information is stored in your chakra’s. Different types of information vibrates at different frequencies. Your current physical body is made up of sensory information that comes from your genes, family of origin, culture, and your experiences.

If you want to know, align and for some, change your physical form and understand it from the inside out, you need to do be able to understand how you are vibrating energetically.

During this program you will learn about your physical body from an energetic perspective. You will gain an understanding of your strongest and weakest chakra’s and what this means to your physical body.

Once you understand this you will have insight that you have not had before in how to best relate to and look after yourself physically.

Is this for me?

It makes no difference if you are overweight, fit, underweight, haven't exercised ever or any of those things to take this program. It is not about achieving a level of fitness or health that is deemed "normal". The program is for anyone who is struggling or uncomfortable in their skin, or being in a human body full stop....no matter what it looks like. 

I have been skinny and still uncomfortable with my body because I was so lost and restless in my life. In fact, at that time I was the most unhealthiest I had ever been. I have been deemed over weight and probably the most healthiest and content I have ever been. So the physical form doesn't always reflect someone's true wellbeing. Of course, there is a point where either extreme under or overweight is a health concern and I am not saying otherwise here.
